Hot forming or Press Hardening are processes of forming metal allowing making high strength parts through a quick quenching of boron steels heated above 900 degrees.
A typical Press Hardening Line includes a blank destacking device, a furnace, a hydraulic press or servo-press as well as all the other surrounding components that guarantee the full automation and Process control. (temperature, artificial vision, etc.)
